For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised with the value I got at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better - just a few steps away from the Hammersmith tube station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, maybe more variety or healthier options.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and transportation hubs. The staff was friendly and created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained, creating a comfortable stay.
The beds were uncomfortable and made of poor-quality material, causing disturbances from other guests. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets was not up to par.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel near the Eventim Apollo concert venue. The location was perfect, just meters away from the venue and close to the Underground and buses, making it easy to get around. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable, with a London-themed room that added a fun touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was excellent. We also enjoyed the discount on food at the reception's bar, which was tasty. We will definitely be using this hostel again in the future.
Everything was great! 😊

Despite being a basic hotel, the price was reasonable and the location offered easy access to transportation and various shops and eateries. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action. And despite all the hustle and bustle, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a decent night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, and I liked that there were curtains and electric outlets conveniently located by the bed.
Where do I start? First of all, the service was incredibly slow.

During my stay at St Christopher's Hammersmith, I had a fantastic time enjoying the live music and affordable drinks at the bar. The location was superb, with the Hammersmith station just across the street, making it easy for me to navigate around the city. The staff, especially Santiago, were friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The security measures in place gave me peace of mind, and there were various dining options nearby, including a Nandos next door. Despite a small issue with the lack of cooling in the rooms, my stay provided everything necessary for a great few days. I would highly recommend this hotel.
